Walking with Illness

📜
Original Arabic •

Urdu Translation •

English Translation •

“Keep walking with your illness as long as it allows you to walk.”

Reflections: This concise wisdom is a lesson in resilience and psychological strength. Imam Ali ؑ advises that one should not surrender to illness or minor physical ailments prematurely. By “walking with the illness,” he encourages maintaining an active life and a strong will, as giving in to sickness often allows it to take a deeper hold over the body and mind.
