1. Quranic Foundations of Charity
The Holy Quran promises a multi-fold return for those who spend in the way of Allah. “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains.” (2:261). صدقہ صرف پیسے دینے کا نام نہیں ہے، بلکہ کسی دکھی انسان کی مدد کرنا، علم بانٹنا یا کسی سے مسکرا کر بات کرنا بھی صدقہ ہے۔ لیکن رزق میں اضافے کے لیے “خفیہ صدقہ” یعنی چھپا کر دینا بہت زیادہ فضیلت رکھتا ہے۔ یہ اللہ کے غصے کو ٹھنڈا کرتا ہے اور غیبی رزق کے راستے کھولتا ہے۔ کوشش کریں کہ آپ کا دایاں ہاتھ دے تو بائیں کو خبر نہ ہو، تاکہ آپ کی نیت خالص رہے۔
