The Resilience of Truth

📜
Original Arabic •

Urdu Translation •

English Translation •

“Whoever wrestles with the truth, it will throw him down (defeat him).”

Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ identifies the **Inevitability of Justice**. He uses a powerful wrestling metaphor to explain that trying to fight the truth is a losing battle. A person might use wealth, power, or deception to suppress the truth temporarily, but because truth is aligned with the Divine Order of the universe, it possesses an “unbreakable back.” Eventually, the weight of reality collapses upon those who oppose it, leading to their certain downfall.
