مَنِ اسْتَقْبَلَ وُجُوهَ الآرَاءِ عَرَفَ مَوَاقِعَ الْخَطَإِ.
جس نے (مختلف) آراء کا استقبال کیا (ان کا سامنا کیا)، اس نے خطاؤں کے مقامات کو پہچان لیا۔
“Whoever welcomes various opinions (through consultation) will recognize the points of error.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ teaches that **Intellectual Diversity** is the best defense against failure. When we look at a problem from only one angle—our own—we are blind to the “points of error.” By welcoming and analyzing different viewpoints, we can see the gaps in our own logic. This wisdom suggests that a great leader or thinker isn’t someone who is always right, but someone who is humble enough to gather many perspectives before making a move.
