نَفَسُ الْمَرْءِ خُطَاهُ إِلَى أَجَلِهِ.

“The breath of a man is a step (taken) towards his death.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ provides a profound perspective on Time Management and Mindfulness. We often view breathing as a repetitive act of survival, but the Imam reframes it as a countdown. This wisdom is not meant to cause despair, but to inspire urgency. If every breath is a step toward the end, then every moment is a precious opportunity to perform good deeds and seek proximity to the Creator before the journey concludes.
