Modern science often discusses how stress and negative emotions impact the body; the Imam identifies **Envy ($Hasad$)** as one of the most toxic. A heart that is constantly burning with jealousy over what others have creates internal friction that eventually weakens the physical body. True health is found in contentment and being happy for the blessings of others.
