Consultation and Wit
“Whoever is obstinate in his opinion perishes, and whoever consults others shares in their understanding (intellects).”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ highlights that intellectual arrogance is a path to failure. **Self-centeredness** blinds a person to potential risks and better alternatives. By consulting wise and experienced people, you aren’t just getting advice; you are effectively “borrowing” their brains and life experiences to strengthen your own decision. True wit lies in recognizing that one head is never better than many.
