مَنْ جَادَ سَادَ.

جو سخاوت کرتا ہے وہ سرداری پاتا ہے۔
English Translation • انگریزی ترجمہ
“Whoever is generous, he attains leadership.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ redefines leadership as an act of service rather than an act of authority. True influence over others is not gained through force or status, but through the heart. When a person is generous—not just with wealth, but with time, knowledge, and kindness—people naturally look up to them as a leader. Generosity creates a bond of respect that is far more powerful than any formal title.
