مال و دولت نفسانی خواہشوں کا سرچشمہ ہے۔
English Translation • انگریزی ترجمہ
“Wealth is the fountainhead of passions (desires).”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ warns that wealth is not just a tool, but a fuel. Excess money often provides the means to pursue every whim and worldly desire, which can lead a person away from spiritual discipline. It requires great character to possess wealth without letting it ignite uncontrolled passions.
