تَذِلُّ الْأُمُورُ لِلْمَقَادِيرِ، حَتَّى يَكُونَ الْحَتْفُ فِي التَّدْبِيرِ.
Urdu Translation • اردو ترجمہ
تمام کام تقدیر کے تابع ہیں، یہاں تک کہ بسا اوقات تدبیر ہی موت کا باعث بن جاتی ہے۔
English Translation • انگریزی ترجمہ
“All matters are subject to destiny, so much so that sometimes death results from the very effort to avoid it.”
Reflections: This saying is a powerful reminder of human humility. While we are encouraged to plan and take precautions (Tadbeer), Imam Ali (as) points out that the ultimate control lies with Divine Decree (Taqdeer). Sometimes, the very steps a person takes to save themselves or achieve success become the instruments of their downfall, showing that no planning can overcome what has been destined.
