The Traveler’s Paradox
“O son of Adam! Do not load the worry of your day that has not yet come upon your day that has already arrived.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ provides a profound remedy for anxiety and stress. He teaches that every day comes with its own allocated sustenance and challenges. By worrying about the future (which is not yet in our hands), we ruin the potential and peace of the present moment. It is a call to focus on current duties and trust Divine Providence for what lies ahead.
