صَوَابُ الرَّأْيِ بِالدُّوَلِ: يُقْبِلُ بِإِقْبَالِهَا، وَيَدْبُرُ بِإِدْبَارِهَا.
رائے کی درستی کا انحصار اقبال و دولت پر ہوتا ہے، کہ جب وہ آتی ہے تو رائے بھی درست ہو جاتی ہے اور جب وہ جاتی ہے تو صحیح رائے بھی رخصت ہو جاتی ہے۔
“Correctness of opinion is tied to prosperity: it comes when prosperity comes, and departs when prosperity departs.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ identifies a deep **Sociological Truth**. He observes how the world perceives intelligence: when a person is successful or in power ($Duwal$), even their mediocre ideas are praised as genius. However, when fortune turns against someone, even their wisest advice is often ignored or mocked. This wisdom warns us not to judge an opinion based on the wealth or status of the speaker, but on the inherent truth of the words themselves.
