Fear of Allah
“Whoever fears Allah, his crimes diminish; and whoever obeys Allah, his status is elevated.”
Reflections: Imam Ali ؑ presents a simple but unbreakable law of spiritual cause and effect. Fear of Allah ($Khauf$) acts as an internal regulator; the more a person is aware of Divine accountability, the less likely they are to cross moral boundaries. This restraint doesn’t diminish the person—instead, through **Obedience ($Ta’at$)**, it elevates their character and status in both worlds. True honor is not found in power, but in the discipline of the soul.
