دعاء صنمي قريش (أصنام قريش) هو دعاء أصيل جداً لأمير المؤمنين الإمام علي بن أبي طالب (عليه السلام) وقد اعترفت به جميع المؤرخين الشيعة المشهورين كدعاء أصيل.

دعائے صنم قریش حضرت امیر المومنین علی بن ابی طالب علیہ السلام کی بہت ہی اہم اور معتبر دعا ہے۔ تمام شیعہ مورخین نے اس دعا کو معتبر سمجھا ہے۔

The prayer of Sanam-e-Quraish (the idols of Quraish) is a very authentic supplication of Amir-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali bin Abi Talib (a.s.) and it has been recognised by all renowned Shia historians as such.
Part 1: The Opening

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَالْعَنْ صَنَمَيِ قُرَيْشٍ

اے اللہ! محمد صلی اللہ علیہ و آلہ پر اور ان کی آل پر رحمت نازل فرما اور لعنت کر قریش کے دونوں بتوں پر

Our Allah! Send Your blessings and salutations to Mohammad (s.a.w.w.) and descendants of Mohammad (s.a.w.w.). And curse the two idols of Quraish
Part 2: The Idols and Their Followers
Arabic
وَجِبْتَيْهَا وَطَاغُوتَيْهَا وَإِفْكَيْهَا، وَابْنَتَيْهِمَا الَّذَيْنِ خَالَفَا أَمْرَكَ وَأَنْكَرَا وَحْيَكَ، وَجَحَدَا إِنْعَامَكَ، وَعَصَيَا رَسُولَكَ

اور ان کے دونوں جادوگروں پر، ان کے دونوں باغی شیطانوں پر اور ان کے دونوں جھوٹوں پر، اور ان کی دونوں بیٹیوں پر جنہوں نے تیرے حکم کی مخالفت کی، اور تیری وحی کا انکار کیا، اور تیری نعمتوں کا انکار کیا، اور تیرے رسول کی نافرمانی کی

And their two magicians and their two rebellious people and their two accusers and their two sons and their two daughters. Who discarded Your Commands, and denied Your Revelation, and rejected Your Blessings, and disobeyed Your Prophet
Part 3: Distortion of Religion
Arabic
وَقَلَبَا دِينَكَ، وَحَرَّفَا كِتَابَكَ، وَعَطَّلَا أَحْكَامَكَ وَأَبْطَلَا فَرَائِضَكَ، وَأَلْحَدَا فِي آيَاتِكَ

اور تیرے دین کو بدل دیا، اور تیری کتاب میں تحریف کی، اور تیرے احکام کو معطل کیا اور تیرے فرائض کو باطل کیا، اور تیری آیات میں الحاد کیا

And destroyed Your religion, and distorted Your Book, and invalidated Your rulings, and nullified Your obligations, and denied Your signs
Part 4: Opposition to the Allies of Allah
Arabic
وَعَادَيَا أَوْلِيَاءَكَ وَوَالَيَا أَعْدَاءَكَ وَخَرَّبَا بِلَادَكَ، وَأَفْسَدَا عِبَادَكَ
اردو
اور تیرے دوستوں سے دشمنی کی، اور تیرے دشمنوں سے دوستی کی، اور تیرے شہروں کو ویران کیا، اور تیرے بندوں کو فاسد کیا

And opposed Your allies, and befriended Your enemies, and devastated Your lands and corrupted Your servants
Part 5: Curse on Them and Their Supporters
Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْهُمَا وَأَنْصَارَهُمَا فَقَدْ أَخْرَبَا بَيْتَ النُّبُوَّةِ وَرَدَّا مَا بَابُهُ، وَنَقَضَا سَقْفَهُ
اردو
اے اللہ! ان دونوں پر اور ان کے مددگاروں پر لعنت کر، کیونکہ انہوں نے نبوت کے گھر کو ویران کیا، اور اس کا دروازہ گرا دیا، اور اس کی چھت کو توڑ دیا

Our Allah! Send Your curses on them, and their supporters, for they ruined the house of prophethood, and knocked down its door, and destroyed its roof
Part 6: Destruction of the House
Arabic
وَأَلْحَقَا سَمَاءَهُ بِأَرْضِهِ وَعَالِيَهُ بِسَافِلِهِ، وَظَاهِرَهُ بِبَاطِنِهِ، وَاسْتَأْصَلَا أَهْلَهُ وَأَبَادَا أَنْصَارَهُ

اور اس کے آسمان کو اس کی زمین سے ملا دیا، اور اس کے بلند کو اس کے پست سے، اور اس کے ظاہر کو اس کے باطن سے، اور اس کے اہل کو جڑ سے اکھاڑ دیا، اور اس کے مددگاروں کو ہلاک کیا

And joined its sky to its earth, and its heights with its depths, and its surface with its interior, and uprooted its people, and destroyed its supporters
Part 7: Murder and Usurpation
Arabic
وَقَتَلَا أَطْفَالَهُ، وَأَخْلَيَا مِنْبَرَهُ مِنْ وَصِيِّهِ وَوَارِثِهِ وَجَحَدَا نُبُوَّتَهُ، وَأَشْرَكَا بِرَبِّهِمَا

اور اس کے بچوں کو قتل کیا، اور اس کے منبر کو اس کے وصی اور وارث سے خالی کر دیا، اور اس کی نبوت کا انکار کیا، اور اپنے رب کے ساتھ شرک کیا

And killed its children, and emptied its pulpit of its guardian and heir, and denied its prophethood, and associated partners with their Lord
Part 8: Eternal Punishment
Arabic
فَعَظُمَ ذَنْبُهُمَا، وَخَلَّدَهُمَا فِي سَقَرَ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سَقَرُ؟ لَا تُبْقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ
اردو
پس ان کا گناہ بہت بڑا ہو گیا، اور تو انہیں سقر میں ہمیشہ کے لیے رکھے گا۔ اور تجھے کیا معلوم کہ سقر کیا ہے؟ وہ نہ باقی رکھتی ہے اور نہ چھوڑتی ہے
English
Thus, their sin became great, and make them reside in ‘Saqar’ forever, and You know what ‘Saqar does to its inhabitants! ‘It neither lets them live, nor keeps them in one piece’
Part 9: Curse by Number of Evils
Arabic
وَلَا تَذَرُ اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْهُمْ بِعَدَدِ كُلِّ مُنْكَرٍ أَتَوْهُ، وَحَقٍّ أَخْفَوْهُ وَمِنْبَرٍ عَلَوْهُ، وَمُنَافِقٍ وَلَوْهُ
اردو
اور نہ چھوڑتی ہے۔ اے اللہ! ان پر لعنت کر ہر اس برائی کی تعداد کے برابر جو انہوں نے کی، اور ہر اس حق کے برابر جو انہوں نے چھپایا، اور ہر اس منبر کے برابر جس پر وہ چڑھے، اور ہر اس منافق کے برابر جس سے انہوں نے دوستی کی

Our Allah, send Your curses on them; to the extent of the evil they committed, and every right they concealed, and every pulpit they ascended, and every hypocrite they befriended
Part 10: Curse on Believers Disappointed
Arabic
وَمُؤْمِنٍ أَرْجَوْهُ وَوَلِيٍّ آذَوْهُ، وَطَرِيدٍ آوَوْهُ، وَصَادِقٍ طَرَدُوهُ، وَكَافِرٍ نَصَرُوهُ

اور ہر اس مومن کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے مایوس کیا، اور ہر اس ولی کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے تکلیف دی، اور ہر اس جلاوطن کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے پناہ دی، اور ہر اس سچے شخص کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے نکالا، اور ہر اس کافر کے برابر جس کی انہوں نے مدد کی

And every believer they disappointed, and every guardian they harmed, and every exile they sheltered, and every truthful person they expelled, and every disbeliever they supported
Part 11: Curse on Imams and Obligations
Arabic
وَإِمَامٍ قَهَرُوهُ، وَفَرْضٍ غَيَّرُوهُ، وَأَثَرٍ أَنْكَرُوهُ وَشَرٍّ أَضْمَرُوهُ، وَدَمٍ أَرَاقُوهُ

اور ہر اس امام کے برابر جس پر انہوں نے ظلم کیا، اور ہر اس فرض کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے بدل دیا، اور ہر اس نشانی کے برابر جس کا انہوں نے انکار کیا، اور ہر اس شر کے برابر جو انہوں نے چھپایا، اور ہر اس خون کے برابر جو انہوں نے بہایا
English
And every Imam they oppressed, and every obligation they changed, and every trace they denied, and every evil they plotted, and every blood they shed
Part 12: Curse on Lies and Usurpation

وَخَبَرٍ بَدَّلُوهُ وَحُكْمٍ قَلَبُوهُ، وَكُفْرٍ أَبْدَعُوهُ، وَكَذِبٍ دَلَّسُوهُ وَإِرْثٍ غَصَبُوهُ

اور ہر اس خبر کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے بدل دیا، اور ہر اس حکم کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے الٹ دیا، اور ہر اس کفر کے برابر جو انہوں نے ایجاد کیا، اور ہر اس جھوٹ کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے دھوکہ دہی سے پھیلایا، اور ہر اس وراثت کے برابر جس پر انہوں نے غصب کیا
English
And every news they altered, and every judgment they overturned, and every disbelief they innovated, and every lie they fabricated, and every inheritance they usurped
Part 13: Curse on Spoils and Unlawful Wealth
Arabic
وَفَيْءٍ اقْتَطَعُوهُ، وَسُحْتٍ أَكَلُوهُ وَخُمْسٍ اسْتَحْلُوهُ، وَبَاطِلٍ أَسَّسُوهُ، وَجَوْرٍ بَسَطُوهُ

اور ہر اس مال غنیمت کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے چھین لیا، اور ہر اس حرام مال کے برابر جو انہوں نے کھایا، اور ہر اس خمس کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے حلال سمجھا، اور ہر اس باطل کے برابر جس کی انہوں نے بنیاد رکھی، اور ہر اس ظلم کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے پھیلایا
English
And every spoil they seized, and every unlawful wealth they consumed, and every fifth they claimed as lawful, and every falsehood they established, and every injustice they spread
Part 14: Curse on Oppression and Broken Promises
Arabic
وَظُلْمٍ نَشَرُوهُ، وَوَعْدٍ أَخْلَفُوهُ، وَعَهْدٍ نَقَضُوهُ وَحَلَالٍ حَرَّمُوهُ، وَحَرَامٍ حَلَّلُوهُ
اردو
اور ہر اس ظلم و ستم کے برابر جو انہوں نے پھیلایا، اور ہر اس وعدے کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے توڑا، اور ہر اس عہد کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے پامال کیا، اور ہر اس حلال چیز کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے حرام کیا، اور ہر اس حرام چیز کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے حلال کیا
English
And every oppression they spread, and every promise they broke, and every covenant they violated, and every lawful thing they made unlawful, and every unlawful thing they made lawful
Part 15: Curse on Hypocrisy and Treachery
Arabic
وَنِفَاقٍ أَسْرُوهُ وَغَدْرٍ أَضْمَرُوهُ، وَبَطْنٍ فَتَقُوهُ، وَضِلْعٍ كَسَرُوهُ وَصَكٍّ مَزَّقُوهُ
اردو
اور ہر اس نفاق کے برابر جو انہوں نے چھپایا، اور ہر اس غداری کے برابر جو انہوں نے دل میں رکھی، اور ہر اس پیٹ کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے پھاڑا، اور ہر اس پسلی کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے توڑا، اور ہر اس دستاویز کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے پھاڑا
English
And every hypocrisy they concealed, and every treachery they harbored, and every belly they ripped open, and every rib they broke, and every document they tore
Part 16: Curse on Scattered Unity
Arabic
وَشَمْلٍ بَدَّدُوهُ، وَذَلِيلٍ أَعَزُّوهُ وَعَزِيزٍ أَذَلُّوهُ، وَحَقٍّ مَنَعُوهُ، وَإِمَامٍ خَالَفُوهُ
اردو
اور ہر اس اتحاد کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے بکھیر دیا، اور ہر اس ذلیل شخص کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے عزت دی، اور ہر اس عزیز شخص کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے ذلیل کیا، اور ہر اس حق کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے روکا، اور ہر اس امام کے برابر جس کی انہوں نے مخالفت کی
English
And every unity they scattered, and every lowly person they honored, and every mighty person they humiliated, and every truth they withheld, and every Imam they opposed
Part 17: Curse on Distorted Verses and Abandoned Duties
Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْهُمَا بِكُلِّ آيَةٍ حَرَّفُوهَا، وَفَرِيضَةٍ تَرَكُوهَا وَسُنَّةٍ غَيَّرُوهَا، وَأَحْكَامٍ عَطَّلُوهَا
اردو
اے اللہ! ان دونوں پر لعنت کر ہر اس آیت کے برابر جس میں انہوں نے تحریف کی، اور ہر اس فرض کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے چھوڑ دیا، اور ہر اس سنت کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے بدل دیا، اور ہر اس حکم کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے معطل کیا
English
O Allah, curse them with every verse they distorted, and every duty they abandoned, and every sunna they changed, and rulings they invalidated
Part 18: Curse on Severed Kinships and Concealed Testimonies
Arabic
وَأَرْحَامٍ قَطَعُوهَا، وَشَهَادَاتٍ كَتَمُوهَا وَوَصِيَّةٍ ضَيَّعُوهَا، وَأَيْمَانٍ نَكَثُوهَا

اور ہر اس رشتے کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے کاٹا، اور ہر اس گواہی کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے چھپایا، اور ہر اس وصیت کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے ضائع کیا، اور ہر اس قسم کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے توڑا
English
And kinships they severed, and testimonies they concealed, and wills they lost, and oaths they broke
Part 19: Curse on Nullified Claims and Denied Proofs
Arabic
وَدَعْوَى أَبْطَلُوهَا، وَبَيِّنَةٍ أَنْكَرُوهَا وَحِيلَةٍ أَحْدَثُوهَا، وَخِيَانَةٍ أَوْرَدُوهَا

اور ہر اس دعوے کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے باطل کیا، اور ہر اس دلیل کے برابر جس کا انہوں نے انکار کیا، اور ہر اس حیلے کے برابر جو انہوں نے ایجاد کیا، اور ہر اس خیانت کے برابر جو انہوں نے کی
English
And claims they nullified, and proofs they denied, and tricks they devised, and betrayals they committed
Part 20: Curse on Obstacles and Fabrications
Arabic
وَعُقْبَةٍ ارْتَقُوهَا، وَدَبَّابٍ دَحْرَجُوهَا وَأَزْيَافٍ لَزِمُوهَا، وَأَمَانَةً خَانُوهَا
اردو
اور ہر اس رکاوٹ کے برابر جس پر وہ چڑھے، اور ہر اس دبانے والی چیز کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے لڑھکایا، اور ہر اس جھوٹ کے برابر جس کو انہوں نے لازم پکڑا، اور ہر اس امانت کے برابر جس میں انہوں نے خیانت کی

And obstacles they climbed, and forces they rolled down, and fabrications they adhered to, and trusts they betrayed
Part 21: Curse in Secret and Openly
Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْهُمَا فِي مَكْنُونِ السِّرِّ وَظَاهِرِ الْعَلَانِيَةِ لَعْنًا كَثِيرًا دَائِبًا أَبَدًا دَائِمًا سَرْمَدًا
اردو
اے اللہ! ان دونوں پر لعنت کر پوشیدہ راز میں اور ظاہر اعلانیہ میں، ایسی لعنت جو بہت زیادہ، مسلسل، ہمیشہ، دائمی، اور سرمدی ہو
English
O Allah, curse them in the hidden secret and the apparent public, a curse abundant, continuous, eternal, lasting, and everlasting
Part 22: Eternal Curse
Arabic
لَا انْقِطَاعَ لِأَمَدِهِ، وَلَا نَفَادَ لِعَدَدِهِ يَغْدُو أَوَّلُهُ وَلَا يَرُوحُ آخِرُهُ
اردو
جس کی مدت میں کوئی انقطاع نہ ہو، اور جس کی تعداد میں کوئی کمی نہ ہو۔ اس کا اول آئے اور اس کا آخر نہ جائے

Without interruption in its duration, and without depletion in its number. Its beginning comes, and its end does not leave
Part 23: Curse on Their Helpers and Followers
Arabic
لَهُمْ وَلِأَعْوَانِهِمْ وَأَنْصَارِهِمْ وَمُحِبِّيهِمْ وَمَوَالِيهِمْ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ لَهُمْ
اردو
ان پر اور ان کے مددگاروں پر، اور ان کے حامیوں پر، اور ان کے چاہنے والوں پر، اور ان کے دوستوں پر، اور ان مسلمانوں پر جو ان کی پیروی کرتے ہیں

For them and their helpers, their supporters, and their lovers, and their allies and the Muslims who follow them
Part 24: Curse on the Inclined and Protesters
Arabic
وَالْمَائِلِينَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَالنَّاهِضِينَ بِاحْتِجَاجِهِمْ وَالْمُقْتَدِينَ بِكَلَامِهِمْ وَالْمُصَدِّقِينَ بِأَحْكَامِهِمْ
اردو
اور ان کی طرف مائل ہونے والوں پر، اور ان کے دلائل کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونے والوں پر، اور ان کے کلام کی پیروی کرنے والوں پر، اور ان کے احکام کی تصدیق کرنے والوں پر

And those who are inclined towards them and those who stand with them in their protests and those who follow their words and those who approve of their actions
Final Recitation (Recite 4 times)
Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ عَذِّبْهُمْ عَذَابًا يَسْتَغِيثُ مِنْهُ أَهْلُ النَّارِ آمِينَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ
اردو
اے اللہ! ان پر ایسا عذاب نازل فرما جس سے اہل دوزخ بھی فریاد کرنے لگیں، آمین اے پروردگار عالمین۔
English
Our Allah! Send such a harsh chastisement upon them, that the dwellers of Hell start screaming for mercy. Amen, O Lord of all Worlds.
About This Supplication
The prayer of Sanam-e-Quraish (the idols of Quraish) is a very authentic supplication of Amir-ul-Momineen Hazrat Ali bin Abi Talib (a.s.) and it has been recognised by all renowned Shia historians as such. According to the narration of Abdullah bin Abbas, whoever recites this prayer will receive extraordinary rewards and will be saved from punishment in the grave.
